5013 alframix chicks is a high-quality rearing feed for chicks from 3 weeks old. This complete chick feed consists protein-rich mini pellets mixed with chick grain, seeds, and finely broken peas, making it easy for young chickens to consume. This premium feed supports balanced and healthy growth of muscles, bones and organs. Thanks to its carefully ballanced composition, chicks develop optimally into strong laying hens (20-26 weeks). This complete chick feed is ideal for a gradual transition form starter feed (5014 chick starter mash) to chicken feed (for example: 5033 alfamix chickens or 5034 alfamix bantam chickens). It provides a balanced diet and helps chicks develop evenly. This feed is suitable for both hobby keepers and professional poultry farmers.

Feeding advice

  • Feed chicks up to 3 weeks old with chick starter mash (5014 chick starter mash).
  • From 3 weeks onwards, this chick feed (5013 alfamix chicks) is suitable until the laying stage.
  • After the first egg is laid, switch to chicken feed such as 5033 alfamix chickens or 5034 alfamix bantam chickens.
  • Provide fresh feed daily, but not more than the chicks can eat in one day.
  • Always ensure sufficient grit is available.
  • Provide plenty of fresh drinking water daily.
