Petra Hagelstein

Petra works at Garvo two days a week, where she plays a key role in order administration and shipping. On Wednesdays and Fridays, she ensures that orders are processed smoothly and she’s friendly and helpful with any questions customers may have. The contact with customers and the pleasant atmosphere with colleagues make her workdays extra enjoyable.

For her, a workday is a success when all emails are answered and questions are resolved—then she goes home feeling satisfied.

Her love of animals was instilled in her from an early age. She grew up on a farm full of diverse animals, and that bond has always remained. At home, she’s surrounded daily by her own small herd: dogs Sammy and Sientje, and horses Rose and Pebbles.
