Terms and conditions Shop of the Year 2021

Do you want to award your favourite (specialty) store the title of “Garvo Shop of the Year 2021”? Then vote now through the button below! The winner receives a beautiful prize package and will be eternally grateful for your loyalty as a customer. Has your dealer been there for you for all those years? Do they know exactly what feed you need when you walk in? Does your dealer provide excellent service or has he/she helped you and your pets get ahead? Then ensure you thank your dealer by voting and let your appreciation speak for itself!

The dealer with the most votes wins!
On Wednesday December 8, Garvo will announce on social media who receives the title of “Garvo Shop of the Year 2021” and has won the prize package.

Conditions

By participating in the “Shop of the year 2021” promotion, you agree to the following conditions:

Participation

  1. You can only vote for a store that actually sells Garvo in the store.
  2. Each vote applies once per e-mail address. Equivalent emails from the same person can be deleted manually.
  3. In case of equal votes, Garvo will randomly select a winner.
  4. It is not possible to correspond about the result.
  5. A business may advertise this promotion as much as desired.
  6. Garvo has no influence on the number of votes a dealer can collect. The votes are completely dependent on the customers.
  7. Garvo is not responsible for collecting votes, this is the dealer’s responsibility.
  8. Valid for dealers from all over the world.
  9. You can vote from Tuesday, November 16, 12:00 to Wednesday, December 1, 12:00. After that, votes no longer count.
  10. The winners will be announced on Wednesday 8 December.
  11. The Garvo Saturday shop is excluded from participation.
  12. Shops that only order Garvo per webshop are excluded from participation.
  13. Wholesalers are excluded from participation.
  14. In the event of (alleged) abuse or fraud, Garvo reserves the right to disqualify or reject a participation.

Personal data

  1. Personal data of participants will not be released without consultation and provided to external parties.
  2. Personal data of participants can be used internally for subscribing to the Garvo newsletter, if permission has been given for this in the promotion.
  3. Dutch law applies to this promotion.

Modification and Termination

  1. Garvo reserves the right to change these promotional terms and conditions. Changes may relate to, but are not limited to, the content of the promotion, the benefits, the prices and the promotion conditions.
  2. Garvo also reserves the right to terminate the promotion. Garvo is not liable for any damage resulting from modification or termination of the promotion
