in general

Rodents are plant eaters. The great difference between rabbits and rodents is the teeth. Rodents, such as guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, rats, squirrels, chinchillas and gerbils, have special teeth with strong incisors and a hard layer of enamel. The teeth of rodents grow continuously, a life long. That is necessary, because the teeth move across each other while gnawing, wearing down, and thus staying sharp. The feeds from Garvo are well suited for this process.
